Delete your account
This erases the records we hold about you on our servers. We'll email a six-digit code first so nobody else can do this to your account.
What gets erased
- Your subscription record and email
- Your account and device identifiers
- Every encrypted chat row we hold for you
- Your connected device list
What this doesn't do
- Chat history on your own computer stays — delete it in Settings → Chat
- Billing isn't cancelled. Cancel the subscription first, or email us to do both
- Invoices we must keep for tax law are retained
We'll send a code that expires in 5 minutes. Nothing is deleted yet.
Account deleted
If a subscription is still active, cancel it so you aren't charged again — email support@pawsby.app if you need help.
